Unfortunately you are mistaken! I am the one who shared the pdf and the printscreen, and as I have an optionsxpress account I can (was able to because I voted already) vote for or against the R/S!!!!

It is clear that if you have an optionsxpress account then you can vote as well!! (other real shareholders can vote too, through their brokerage account I am sure!!)
