the r/s ratio isn´t any problem as long as there comes no dilution through new shares. my problem is that as for now everyone has to face the worst case. if henry would tell his shareholders how many NEW shares we will get, then everyone would know what will come.
at the moment you have done the worst thing to shareholders with the statement of an r/s and no further informations.
