How can I know? All I know is the plan to upgrade PHIE's listing on NASDAQ Capital Market in 2nd quarter of 2012, then we all know that shareprice must be at least at USD 4 per share, and market cap must be at least at USD 5 (or 50?) million. Then I guess about a reverse split of 100:1. This ratio will be more or less depending on how the company will structure in the coming months...
