Just for your information. Remember you have asked me about Sao Nam Group and Powerdyne Industries - recent partners of PHI Group, I have found something interesting relevant to Powerdyne:

There is someone in management team of Powerdyne named Spencer Abraham, who is Former US Secretary of Energy under President Bush.

I believe the R/S will be a step forward to PHI Group's objective of upgrading its listing to US NASDAQ Capital Market by the end of second quarter of 2012. And I think Henry already has a detailed plan for this. I think the company will focus on energy, natural resource assets and coal combustion technology partnered with Powerdyne Industries.
