If the SEC cooperates so well, why hasn't the SEC halted or suspended trading in WDRP? I agree that the SEC would likely cooperate. I just wonder what is holding them up? Surely AMF (to cooperate) has shown it's investigative research to the SEC. If so and there were a case against WDRP mgmt, it wouldn't take months to draw up a standard "Elizabeth Murphy" letter of suspension for 10 trading days to verify any criminality, would it?
