Actually if I wanted to believe that Wanderport has a working water heater with IP protection as it claims, and doing the things it claims, I would be very hard put to find anything in print from a reliable source (i.e. anyone other than the company and its apologists) that would substantiate that claim, which indeed appears to be false.

On the other hand, I and others have shown that not only are there official communications from both SEC and AMF concerning the strength of their working relationship, there are practical examples of that cooperation.

To deny that would be worthy of an ostrich burying its head in the sand.

The inability to distinguish between company propaganda and proper due diligence costs "investors" (aka marks) in penny stock scams like WDRP hundreds of millions of dollars a year.

Although this has a kind of economic Darwinian symmetry to it, it's still a shame, really.
