Well ok yes, it can affect the price slightly and in the short term. But if there's no product the AMF deal will make this be 0.0001 instead of 0.0003 and if there is a good product the AMF deal will make it go to 40c instead of 50c or whatever. The difference between 0.0003 and 50c will still be given by the product, not the AMF deal. If this is heading for 50c the AMF's very vague accusations against a contractor of the company won't make it go to 0.000something. Once we have a proven product and we're heading for tens of cents then we can worry about the 10% difference possible AMF accusations can make.

Also, chances are very good that the AMF only named WDRP as a victim of manipulation and as part of a big group of companies and persons. Once they have a proven product and manufacturer, contracts, revenue etc, it is very likely they will not be suspected of being part of a scam anymore and the AMF might even leave them alone alltogether. If they have a product it means they were for real all along making it less likely the AMF even has anything on them. And if they had something definitive against them they would have mentioned it already.
