And I never said Andrew was Guilty.
I did say that the AMF has evidence and they chose to name him as a Respondent.
The AMF received clearance from the Court to contact WDRP via an online notice IIRC.
WDRP is aware of this fact. That is not in dispute.
The AMF action has already affected the pps and as it looms closer the price could be affected further.
