first i'm not a newbie and second your guideline is not really based on anything but your opinion. I understand all about the penny stocks and the promotions behind them

I also know all about the bashers and pumpers who are paid to promote on sites like this.

I have been watching this stock and bought at exactly the right time since i've already made a profit and know exactly when I plan to start taking a profit and re-investing

As always my advice is never invest more than you can afford to lose and don't get greedy always take a profit and you can always re-invest when if the stock goes down and ride it back up
