O.K. Newbie - Its like this - Almost daily pennystock newsletters are PAID to promote PENNY and SUB-PENNY stocks. 99.9% of them are promoted on vague potential by refering to some other succesful company and/or market $ size for thier product or service that they plan to penetrate. With a little DD you find that the COST of these promotions is usually more than what the company is worth and a lot of stock traded during those promotional PUMPS at a lot higher % price in a matter of days. Ask yourself , "WHO IS SELLING ". Do I need to draw you a picture???
Now in the case of a company with REAL POTENTIAL - once a public release is made , even insiders are free to BUY and they will (as apposed to SELLING on great news) and the stock shoots UP and stays UP. The $.25 price I posted was just a guideline price for what might indicate a REAL company developement worth something.
