Corp, I would have to disagree with you although others might weigh in. Infringement, IMO, is not the issue here but rather non-payment for a license that has already stipulated, via the ERICY settlement, a rate, and consequently a monetary figure. NOK has used one delay tactic after another to avoid payment. I have no doubt they are only limited by their imagination in attempting more. IDCC would be asking for an injunction against US sales while NOK exhaust their appeals efforts. Finally, this issue is about 2G. There is no connection with 3G that I can see. (Although your argument sounds like one that NOK would attempts to use. Are you just trying it out here first?)
