Absolutely NOT: "ask for an injunction against all NOK products sold in the US until there is a settlement w/NOK" - impossible since there is NO finding of infringement, etc. and there could NOT be any infringement since there is a license in effect.
Furthermore, the entire matter is still just a monetary dispute. Actually, up until now, it has been a dispute over RATES only, evidently. Now the real fight for DOLLARS can BEGIN, however that happens. I hope the company will explain the procedure to get a MONETARY resolution at the CC, since frankly, I am surprised we DON'T yet have a monetary resolution.
Also, any action against Nok such as you suggest (injunction) would only add fuel in support of Nok's fire in the 3G litigation.
