Hi CDLGold,
The CA is a confidentiality agreement. That means no discussion of information outside of those bound by the agreement. Sorry if I missed CD stating that the CA was signed to discuss JV, but they could be discussing anything, (and everything). I am happy to know they are still engaged in DD under this CA and would guess the time it is taking is more positive than negative. EXS has quite an extensive portfolio of properties besides TPW and valuations would be time consuming. (I was not aware of the New Brunswick property until the recent news on drilling there)
Having been on the inside of CA before, I would also be inclined to answer any question with no comment. Even though you are correct about us being part owners of the company, AEM's competition could also be shareholders and thus entitled to this information as well.
I too would love to hear the answers to your questions, but sadly it is in CD's best interest to not answer. To ignore your questions would antagonize and he doesn't want that either so fundamentally you are asking him to tapdance.
Very exciting times for EXS but painful to read all this positive data on their properties and simultaneously watch the price fall like it has.
If it was easy, everyone would be making fortunes on exploration stocks.
JMHO
