Lovetohunt, great post and 100% agree on your statements.

1) every question on the CA and JV will return every time with a "no comment"-answer, just as it should be with a company that takes itself and this CA seriously. That's where the professional companies distinguis themselves from the "crap" companies.

2) The CA has been signed in april/may, this means we are 6 months later and still no news ? Companies like AEM don't spent (and loose) that much time on a company that isn't worth the effort. I told everyone here before: AEM's geologists ar "quite excited" on what they've seen so far on TPW (this is an understatement...). News on a JV will possibly be out before the end of 2011.

3) the current market situation being junior gold stock prices not moving anywhere have only one, single reason: cuurent situation of uncertainty in Europe. Once this problem has been resolved (probably next wednesday), we will enter a next fase of massive money printing in Europe as well as USA. And that will be "bingo" for gold prices...

luvtohunt,

I agree with your comment otherwise the word 'Confidentiality' would be taken out of the agreement. Can you share any knowledge you have as to what the 'purpose/intent' of a confidentiality agreement is and what 'TYPE' of information may be disclosed to the other party that would not be disclosed to the general public.

Also, in your experience, would a Confidential Agreement include the suppression of drill hole numbers on any published graphics? You see, I cannot begin to estimate how much gold they have unless I have drill hole numbers showing above the pins representing core samples. Thanks in advance.

Hi LTH, Welcome to you and slim, as well as everyone who is new to the board. Your comments and all others are excellent posts. The main thought I want to add to our conversation is that you can't just value EXS on its TPW property. (Destinator also makes this point but it is imho, a important point.). EXS has a huge portfolio of properties in excellent locations which is more properties than most juniors. Most of these properties, if not all are close to transportation and utilities. That makes them even more valuable than if they were 'in the boonies'. That is one of the reasons I am a shareholder. You have more than one potentially large find. I, too, had not heard of the New Brunswick property before the PR. It isn't on their fact sheet. I wonder how many other properties they have tucked away. I asked Gary but haven't heard back yet.
