Although the panel only skirted the subject of stock promotion they hammered the subject of unregistered securities being sold by insiders, family and friends of insiders, onshore shares sent offshore which return onshore under different ownerships, Transfer Agents who recklessly release unregistered securities for sale based on extremely ( my word ) flawed Legal Opinion Letters, and Broker Dealers who do not vet the T/A's release of unregistered securities. The panel also hammered the topic of Pumps and Dumps which I will address in my notes post.
