Yes. Though as the moderator said near the end, there did seem to be two camps: those who believed that the OTC was a "cesspool", and those who believed that it was an incubator for future Apples.

I think the second camp is delusional.

One thing the roundtable lacked was a panelist who really understands what really goes on with penny trading. They didn't have nearly enough to say about promoters and the social media. Maybe some of them STILL don't get it.
