Any comments by company leads to pumping accusations and a flurry of share holder law suits by ambulance chasers.

They cannot say anything until its done, and they correctly stated that in the last communique.

Earnings will be interesting as they may be forced to discuss, but I doubt that they will say anything that can move the stock. To do that would expose company to later being sued as 'pumpers' as will well as annoy bidders etc. (it would show extremely poor judgement on their part to move this stock up, bidders will walk this time.)

Expect silence.
