Fish, I've never been an IDCC cheerleader. On the other hand, have you considered possibly the share price might give you some insight into my "attitude"?

In the past, you seemed to support management. You questioned ME when I said that the sales team should get canned and Merritt should have addressed the issue. If he didn't, then he should get canned.

Although I've never been a big management fan, I don't think I brought up management once in any post today. I believe the board and their financial advisors are calling the shots on this one. I remember our conversation on management a few months ago. It wasn't so much that you criticised management, it was that you were being repetitive by bringing management up in every post.

I said that their Engineers were top of the notch and sales sucked; you countered with saying that maybe its the patents that suck and management isn't to blame.

I said the patents may not be top notch then and now because I don't have the expertise to know if the patents are in fact top notch. I will however, temper those thoughts as someone said 70% of IDCC's engineers have doctoral degrees. Still IDCC has many fewer engineers than many of the majors so undoubtedly their production would have to be much more limited.

TODAY, you are giving IDCC, Evercore, and Barclay's a D- grade for not giving any info like WiLan/Mosaid.

I see no gain or advantage in making this sale similar to the secrecy of an assault on bin laden's compound. Here again, there's evercore and barclays so maybe someone has an answer as to the benefits of such tightly controlled secrecy. How about every other month, "We are satisfied with the ongoing process."?

I think you are getting frustrated with the silent treatment just like many of us. You are now expressing negativity just like many of us have done in the past.

I may be negative over the shareprice, but going from $41 to a high of $82 and back to $45 and not feel negative about the performance of that kind of share price would mean I look forward to hitting new lows and getting closer to being in the poor house. You want me to smile when I feel our shareprice looks like it's gotten run over by a mack truck?

Anyway, fair questions fish. I don't mind and I hope my answers made my previous posts a bit more clear to you. If not, you are welcome to hit me again. :) :). .. mo.. nic
