By the way, I'm not attempting to scare off bears. I am fine if someone thinks it will go lower. I will buy more lower and lower my cost average also.
What is ethically wrong and illegal is to claim that Matt Dwyer is a criminal, running a scam, or anything without factual evidence.
Statement's like those have blatent negative effects, and it is most definitely wrong especially when I find some of those posters have stated in their posting history that they were interested in buying shares at a lower price. That is unethical and illegal.
Unfortunately nothing will more than likely be done about it.
