That's not what the statute you posted says. Believe me, I'm long on TOFS, but it would appear that you may be trying to influence the PPS by attempting to scare off the bears.

Just sayin...if you're going to throw out veiled threats of legal action you should be just as careful with what you post.

Nonetheless, this is nothing more than a message board which has little to no bearing on a stock's PPS.
