I have now spent 2 hours on the phone with Ameritrade....they said that whatever I wired I could trade with so I wired $1500 and then when it got there, they said that wasn't enough - I had to have $2300 in cash in the account which was what I sold 600 shares for pre-split....they went back and forth with me about this and then said well just wire another $800 or sell $800 worth of stock to get the $2300 total in the account and I'd be "even" so I could then wire some MORE money or sell MORE stock to trade with..........I paused, asked them to repeat that and then went ballistic........tonight heavy drinking is now my Plan A and Plan B.....jesus H..................
