Atrade frozen accounts answer....
I also had a limitation on my account that I could only liquidate....if you call them they will release the rest of your money that is not involved in GVRP....I had extra cash in my account which was also on hold. This does involve trades made before the F/S...that too is on hold.

Now if you have no free cash in your accounts that could be the reason they are letting you liquidate and then they won't let you use those funds from the liquidation.

I explained that all of my funds were on hold and they immediately unflagged my acct for funds other than the GVRP funds.
