QCOM may want to get involved to stop INTC, if INTC is involved with the bidding.
AAPL wants to slow down Android momentum so she could get her tentacles a little further.
MSFT wants to stop Android, thus forcing other handset manufactures no where to go but Window mobile OS, then MSFT and AAPL will deal with each other later on.
NOK has times to level the playing field with Window mobile OS.
ORCL gets fat big checks from Android players. How they would get more future benefits, I do not know.
