The A/S was 800 million, O/S was 605 million (float 540)in July and as of September 20, the SS hasn't changed. The company ungagged the TA (what does that infer) and have not sold any shares since they ended their quite period. Yes, we had dilution during the quiet period, but what company doesn't dilute to sustain operations (all companies be they NYSE or OTC go public to raise cash...otherwise they would stay private).

The dilution irked (check my posting history going back last Jan-March) me during that period because there was no communication from the company. There is no dilution going on now and I should know because I was on the receiving end (did score some cheap shares though, so it wasnt all bad..lol)of it back in March, but don't take my word for it...it can be verified via the TA.
