I don't believe it is incorrect. Quite apart from the 60% dilution in June this year, when Raymond T Brown II was (allegedly) at the helm, you don't need to dilute to sell into a pump if you gave yourself hundreds of millions of free shares when you set up the scam.

That's the Amyot way, and he's playing it to perfection with EGOC as always.
