"bids are due in two weeks" Why would Bloomberg report this
and where did they get the info?
I've never taken Bloomberg as a rumor mill.

Bloomberg stated bids were delayed until "sometime after Labor Day".... and "bids are due in two weeks" which was reported on Sept. 9th.
