Dear Minister Gravelle:
I am writing to you because I believe the issue I am about to raise should not be sent to a staff
person that might not grasp the seriousness of the matter.
Background
InAmerica, Inc. (INAX) is a Delaware public corporation that was originally founded in 1967.
In 1985, I personally became the CEO and have continued in that position ever since. In 2007, the
company identity (then, InAmerica Corp., an Arizona corp) was hijacked by certain individuals and
merged into a new Delaware corporation, in which the Delaware entity became the surviving entity. The
fraudsters used forged documents purportedly signed by me to effect the merger, changed the company’s
name to International Precious Metals Group, Inc. (IPME), changed hands several times and moved
its offices to British Columbia.
Shortly thereafter, when I discovered the hijacking, I attempted to rescue our company by
contacting the FBI, SEC, NASD, FINRA and the Arizona Attorney General’s office. Unable to get any
satisfaction, I mounted a 3 year campaign to recover the company with the assistance of the Delaware
Secretary of State. The entity was finally returned to its rightful shareholders late last year (Additional
data available at www.InAmericaInc.com).
Earlier today, I received a call from a shareholder of Cannon Exploration, Inc. (CNEX)(a
Delaware corporation) with its office purportedly in Phoenix, AZ. He was inquiring as to one certain
mining claim that CNEX purchased from IPME. Apparently, a number of investors purchased CNEX
stock based upon the transaction.
Ministry Involvement
I would appreciate your involvement in helping me to expose these fraudsters to prevent them
from tainting your ministry as they pursue the fraudulent investment scams that operate between the
United States and Canada.

I’ve found the name of the individual that filed claims with your ministry on your website. His
name is Robert Joseph Major (your Client # 300058). . .
STAKER 2008-Feb-14 RECORDED BY MAJOR, ROBERT JOSEPH (1000143) R0810.01745
Then on June 17, 2008, Major transferred ownership to IPME (your client #405430). . .
TRAN 2008-Jun-17 RECORDED BY MAJOR, ROBERT JOSEPH (300058) TRANSFERS T0810.00344
90.00 % TO INTERNATIONAL PRECIOUS METALS GROUP INC.
(405430)
Then on July 13, 2011, IPME purportedly changes its name to Canadian Gold Explorations Inc.
MISC 2008-JuL-13 CLIENT (405430) CHANGES NAME FROM X1100.00044
INTERNATIONAL PRECIOUS METALS GROUP INC.
TO CANADIAN GOLD EXPLORATIONS INC.
Moreover, I just determined that a Canadian individual, Gopal Sahota, who represented himself as
President of IPME, clearly was associated with CNEX as well. In CNEX’s 15(c)-211 Disclosure
Statement, it represented that on June 15, 2006, CNEX’s name became China Shuangji Cement
Corporation. In a Form 8-K/A filing with the SEC, on August 11, 2008, Mr. Sahota became a
shareholder and director of this company.
It is clear from all of the documents I possess, that there is a group of individuals who are acting
in concert to defraud the citizens of the United States and Canada, by promoting precious metal
investments to unsuspecting individuals.
I am hoping that with your involvement, we might inspire the S.E.C. to notice that this scam is
more pervasive than originally thought.
If you prefer, we can communicate via email (cgcristo@InAmericaInc.com). I would ask that you
delegate the responsibility of this issue with someone who will appreciate the seriousness of the matter
and act accordingly.
Sincerely yours,
C. Gus Cristo
