I had never heard the names InAmerica Inc, Constantine Cristo, or Gopal Sahota ever come up with CNEX.

Can you tell me more about how the InAmerica Inc name came up with CNEX?

Which shell are you saying got hijacked? CNEX or INAX? Sounds like you are saying the INAX shell was hijacked.

It shows him as being involved with InAmerica Inc from 1986 - present day.

If InAmerica Inc is a private company I'm not sure why anybody would want to hijack it.

In what context did the Cristo email bring up Gopal Sahota?

What exactly did Cristo say about CNEX and/or Wheeler?

As far as more people showing up in litigation in the future connected with CNEX - wouldn't surprise me one bit.
