I agree Churak.

That is like the old Abbott and Costello Who's On First Routine. Hilarious. I've never heard it expressed like that. Seems like the whole bunch at that Hearing are clowns. Pitiful. Can you imagine what it would look like for General Motors or Microsoft if it was expressed that way ? .. the ISSUED I mean .. Like gazillions.
