that is the most ridiculous exhange I have ever heard...lol...if you look at the wording on any financial statement, it says "issued and outstanding" for the o\s. Now I see where the mullets are getting this 2 trillion figure. If the company issues me 100 shares there are 100 shares issued and outstanding. If I transfer the 100 shares, they are saying that there are 200 shares issued, 100 surrendered and 100 shares outstanding. Ridiculous. There are 100 shares issued and outstanding...there were NEVER 200 shares issued; only 100. IMHO.
