EXTO - here is a screen shot of those claims along with detailed information about the claims:
I am not very experienced in interpreting a mining claim, but it looks like a relatively new claim stacked out in February of 2010.
The names listed (possibly as having filed the deed for the claim on 4/25/11) include - Cindy A Cruz, Brian J Carson, Mel Carson, Scott J Carson, Pam Mann, and Susan J Carson.
A small miners claim certification was filed on 8/25/10 then renewed on 8/15/11 at a cost of $140.

An assay report for the WOW Property was done by Advanced Laboratories, Inc. under LAB NO. 30255-01. A copy of the Test Certificate of the assay report will be placed on the company's website to view under the name of the company's Mining Consultant, Mel Carson.
Mel Carson is one of the people listed in the BLM report
I do not see that Assay report on the company website yet:

9101 W Sahara Ave, Building 105-F9, Las Vegas, NV 89117-5772
9101 W Sahara Ave, Building Suite 105 is a Fed Ex building meaning that Care Inc uses a mail box rental for its address

That is the same address that Bayport Corp/EXTO uses for their address.

Maybe some of you more experienced mining folk can make better use of the mining claim information and what value any small claims in that area may have.
