Thks for the excellent EXTO DD. Lends credence to my thoughts that the resource division of this supposed multi-faceted company is just another desert dirt scam.
I will point out that it refers to EXTO/Bayport's nebulous talk about having rare earth elements at several of their US based sites. A statement that is not backed up by any geo report or anything, and is implausible as ree's are only produced at one site in California in the lower 48, and are rare outside china.
Also, their most recent news speaks of a giant placer operation that may start production soon in Utah, without mentioning these issues:
No BLM permitting in place, only three claims.
Historically, placer gold has been difficult to recover in Utah, and no large quantities or rich grades have been found or mined, yet they are claiming huge grades and possible huge production, based on no geo reports of any kind, and no filed plan of operation or permits...which would take many months or years--enviro studies, possibly even an EIS for such a large size mine.
