Wrong about that. Towns and cities have natural gas, smaller towns and houses outside of the town borders rely on different sources to heat water like propane, oil and electric. Now almost every home has electric even poor countries like Haiti that's where we will gain. Not every home has a 100 electric main to provide power for a 60 amps tankless electric heater, electric stoves and lights.
