Here is what I currently think. I think ERHE got this deal all on their own. I think they got it because there was very little or no interest from a bigger player who was more financially or technically able. I don't think ERHE has any idea how they are going to pay for it yet other than through a separate AIM listing, another shelf offering or cash on hand. I think they will be desperately looking for a partner who can operate the properties and I doubt it will be CPC. I think CPC has their 50% of the block and we have ours. The reason ERHE has not told us more is because there is no more. They got the blocks and now they have to figure out what to do with them. If you get something really good, you brag about it. You don't bury it. All of this is, of course, MHO.
