To all. My one post of the day. Again.

ERHClongtimer.
Thanks for the post.

You posted "ERHC has stated that they are not interested in operating a block, not to mention the fact that they do not have the financial resources to develop an oil field." I concur they have said, and i believe them, ERHC will not become an operator. I have never said i thought they would. But that does not prevent them from buying 50% from CPC in Chari-Ouest III. As far as financial resources, 50% of 100 million barrels with considerable upside from further drilling is worth $400 million or more at present discounted value. That is bankable, imo, especially in Europe. A $100 million line of credit would probably do the job. The interested party could arrange that easily.

The interested party probably helped ERHC pick the EEZ blocks, imo.

Exile Resources.

1] I do not think the halt has anything to do with ERHC's interest. The only way ERHC buying Exile makes any sense is with a stock deal. But it is too early for that. Maybe after ERHC's stock has reached $.50 per share. That would be after the Chad details are known.

2] The halt could be bad news on the Turkey interest. A write off of money spent there. Most likely given the CEO's comments.

3] Could be good news. Maybe obtaining a block in Gabon or Nigeria, or a positive development on their block in Zambia.

Farrell...

Cpc and SEO have a history. A deal could have been arranged that makes sense to all parties, and i think there are more than 2 or 3 parties to this deal. I except we will know more shortly. I believe company is still working on details and other efforts NOW.

Jim Long...

I would be surprised if ERHC partnered with the Koreans. The most logical potential partners are Total, SNP ,and Tullow, imo.
I think this plan has been in the works for years.

Ruby Martin...

I can say none of them were under $ 1.00 and the first was the lowest. Remember Richard Matzke. ERHC's assets are very valuable and the offer turned down COULD NOT have been made if only biogenic gas is all that is in the JDZ. And would not have been refused if only biogenic gas was found. I have ask before, and no one has answered what was found in Oaki East? AOG has never in their stories quoted any source about Oki East results. It was the tighest of tight holes. And i think SNP's website report said what they meant to say and meant what they said. Commerical flow of oil and gas.

The Chad assets have added value , and i believe more value will be added shortly.

sneak...

Good for you,and welcome back.

I guess we need to learn to ignore certain people, but sometimes it is difficult to put up with their derision.

I think good times are coming for ERHC.

pepsiman.

Re your question. That board is so popular management wanted to cash in on the demand, i suppose. LOL!!!!! I think they were worried about people leaving this board and going there.
