First you said he left to go to another firm now you say they canned him for being incompetent.

What do you mean won't have to start from scratch? and "might" have to get up to speed.? If I was signing my name to those documents I would check back to the very beginning to insure I did not place myself in some jeopardy by signing off on some facts that were not accurate.

Did you ask her outright about the real estate or is this an assumption you made based on your conversation. Someone else might call and verify because my phone info is met with skepticism.
