However, at this point the notion that the CAFC result over a few of our MANY MANY patents for 3G would devalue the company is mistaken IMHO.



If we lost it would have to devalue the company short term until they get Nokia licensed.

I think everyone here agrees if we lose the PPS would take a hit so isn't that losing value?
