You overlook that the ones here invested for potential value prior to the suspension. Who said the sec said "hogwash?" The sec specifically addressed issues with public info. No where is it stated that the sec decided anything based on value. Finra 211 will answer those questions, not posters on ihub.

RE: "Company had time to respond." <--I don't agree with your opinion. Did you see a 10K from Medlink yet this year? The shell status is step #1 before anyone goes blabbing business details. What good would a sound, solid business (with potential assets & value) be if we don't know where the shell stands? I truly believe that the shell was acquired. That fact comes before asset & ceo's resume (to me anyway).

& forget about the Nevada exemption nonsense with no income. Premiere was formed a month prior. We don't know why it was formed & if there are assets from another entity. & the paper address, for the recorded ceo, is meaningless as well. If there is future (or current) mining, do you thing business will be conducted in a small NJ unit whether apartment or small office suite? Hardly think so. Registration purpose greedy. They do it all the time!

PS, CYBER ... shell status has no relevance on Premiere's potential or existing value. The link from Premiere to the shell determines if anwm shareholders have Premier's value. You know that.
