Greedy pointed out, for us, how soon they were "formed" prior to registration. Big deal!! I do believe that Premiere has a large asset

Okay let us debate this for a brief monent.

(1). The SEC suspended ANWM due to inaccurate/inadequate information. To this date ANWM has yet to make public any asset or clarify any statements made by the company or by Ken Ash to investors/potential investors.

Therefore any and all info up to this point is now labeled as inaccurate/inadequate until the company can provide verifiable information that they possess any asset let alone a "large" one.

(2). ANWM has never had anything other than baseless hype. There is no DD in the world that shows Premiere to have any assets at all. As a matter of fact the information that is known would suggest the opposit. They possess a Nevada SOS exemption that says they have little to no income. I believe the exemption means $0-$20,000 in annual income. I'm going with $0 since there is no record anywhere of any business deal or revenues stream for Premiere. Certainly it is not difficult for them to release a PR that would show any revenues, assets or capital they possess right?

(3). The fact that GA is the nephew of Ken Ash is rather disturbing. Also, there is no information out there that suggests GA is capable to run a public company let alone a real estate or mining company. Where are his credentials? Again, just another pice of the puzzle that is a total unknown.

Bottom line is this. For being a "public" company this company definitely has no "public" info availabale for any investor to make a wise/informed investment decision. This is a total blindfolded dart throw investment and nothing else. And the SEC suspension should have put serious doubt into anything that was ever said by Ken Ash or ANWM for that matter.

Speculating that there is value here after the SEC said "hogwash" seems irresponsible. The company has had ample time to respond.
