Based on what known facts? You do require facts. At least you tell me you do not believe me because I provide none.

Well, there is no requirement for me to prove something does not exist. That is impossible. The proof comes from the fact that nothing has ever been shown that proves there to be any assets, any business, any revenues or anything that even remotely resembles an operating company.

So, do you have any proof or facts to support your belief that the Premiere was ever acquired by ANWM or any business exists?

forget about the Nevada exemption nonsense with no income. Premiere was formed a month prior.

that makes no sense because if ANWM acquired Premiere and Premiere has any kind of current business operating then the exemption is no longer valid and would be removed. Unless you feel as if they are operating under a fraudulent exemption of course...LOL

This company is all smoke and mirrors and the SEC has spoken. Meanwhile Where is Ken? Where are his "technically speaking" updates? Where are his requests for fence sitters to call him? Where are all his carnival barkers? Look around, they are gone. Big money here? Funny, looks like they all left town to me.
