Danny:Thanks for the clarification, I'm wondering though

It seems to me that it will take several years for corp's proposal to come to fruition and that any takeover of the board would take some time--unless I'm wrong about this it seems to me that the timing would take a few years.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this: since the BOD elections are currently staggered, even if the BOD adapts the proposal, won't it take several years to phase in--won't directors currently serving be "grandfathered" so it will take a few years to fully accomplish the declassification?

It seems unlikely that the BOD will act immediately on the proposal and even if they do so it will be prospective? Again, correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, I tend to doubt that declassification will result in anything immediate--AND there's still the poison pill AND PA incorporation.

So IF I'M right the whole process would take long enough that even in your time frame, we'll be okay? Again, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I do tend to agree that it will take several years for IDCC to start getting fully valued.
