Ron's season mix for pork & lamb.
1/2 tsp black pepper 2-tsp groung garlic powder 2-tsp ground onion powder 2-tsp season-all or season-salt 2-tsp rounded, crumbled with fingures, whole organo leaves 2-tsp rounded sesame seeds
Mix very well. Rub meat with olive oil, sprinkle on rub to your liking. At least 2 hours before roasting or BBQ'ing. Let meat sit at room temperature for at least an hour before cooking.
