Yeah, I am hoping that is the case as well. I just went through the filings again and it seems to me that he is going to have to sell some of those shares (all in my opinion). I don't think that is necessarily bad. They have lost money in almost every quarter so far and only have 15k left in cash (according to the annual report). They would have lost money last year, but because they won the lawsuit against mitch they actually made 37.9k for the year (Thank you Mitch).

Looking at the yearly expenses (673k for 2009 and 272k for 2010) I would assume somewhere in the 300k-400k range as he has been adding people to the company payroll. Last time they ran out of money in 2009, they added 600 million shares. I wouldn't be surprised to see something in this magnitude again.

Once again, I am not saying that this will happen or if this is even a bad thing, it is just what I think.
