I see the A/S as someone would see a line of credit. Hopefully, you and Mark, wouldn't get close to maxing it out.

It's almost like a security to have in one's back pocket, so to speak. It's almost like having an extra stash of seed corn stored away in farmer's lingo. They can sleep better at night knowing it's there. They will use only what they need to maximize their profits. I guess I believe Mark will do the same here.
