If (and I am saying if) he decides to raise capital by adding shares, then for the market cap to stay the same, the share price would drop. Therefore, if the company grows, in terms of sales, the share price might not necessarily increase as much as you would like.

That is why it is a big deal to know what he is going to do with the increase in A/S. To say he is going to grow the company is fine, but it is very vague and people would like to know specifically how.
