Forgive me Ronnie, but I do not think you have any idea of how to run IDCC or build shareholder value. You are a numbers man only and lack any experience in day to day operations of a wireless technology shop or surviving in the most ruthless sector in the world. Your cohort also is clueless in this regard. You both rely on generalities based on averages. The IDCC experience does not fall in general categories and is certainly not average by any stretch. It has been emperative that those who stayed the course had a chance for big rewards if their endeavors turned out to be successful. This is what kept the engineering department in tact and the licensing folks hard at it even though the doors were constantly being shut in their faces. Employees are not just stupid pawns. They knew that even the licensed companies were not honoring their contracts after the front money had been absorbed. Yes sir, they needed an incentive program and they needed it bad.

NEC was brilliant and the addition of the new board members is a great move. It is readily apparent that Zander will soon be the COB with or without HC. As far as I am concerned, HC kept the shareholder value alive and rebuilt a defeated company against many odds. I certainly do not think you or corp could have done better and both of you have more formal education. You are using short term average arguments to further your agenda. Yes, we have differing opinions as to who has been more valuable in the success of IDCC. You believe you and corp have been and I believe HC has been the glue that held the pieces together..
