We certainly have differing opinions of Mr. Campagna. You think he is the one that has held the company together. I think he is the one most responsible for holding the company back and not allowing it to achieve its true potential.

Aside from that, it is clear that he has excessively compensated himself (and his loyal supporters) over the years for less than stellar performance. This is unethical behavior IMO, and I don’t think a person with questionable ethics should be running our company. I am so passionate about this very issue, that it has led others to falsely believe that I have all kinds of ulterior motives.

I am not trying to “gleefully” destroy his reputation as you state. What I am trying to do is to help rid the company of what I firmly believe is bad leadership. This would be in the long-term best interests of all IDCC shareholders IMHO, even though it may cause some discomfort in the short-run.

Now could you please point to any of my previous posts, which you think reflects a “gleeful” attempt by me to destroy his name and reputation? There is nothing gleeful about any of this. Also I do not think that I have posted in a taunting, rub it in your face type manner, as you did in the following post when you thought ISS was not going to recommend a Withhold on Harry or For on the shareholder proposal:
