i agree with you regarding the media, politicians, leaders and our country. i don't agree with the parallels you have drawn with idcc.
i think to compare the two is overly dramatic and a stretch. hc was the ceo of a small company. he did a good job getting us here but you must acknowledge the poorly executed moves over the years as well. times change, personnel change and so do successful companies.
yes corp could be leaning on this iss report for his own devious reasons. he could very well be trying to sell us cheap. i don't know. he has brought up issues regarding expenses, compensation and execution and this is what i care about. i voted against hc for those reasons and not for the
"gleeful distruction of his name and reputation".
with respect loop, i've seen no evidence that anyone here is operating with that intent.
