bill, according to my GAINSKEEPER site on AT, my shares were real shares. They were removed from the GAINSKEEPER page by Wednesday. Furthermore, why would I even CALL and ASK if I could sell them? They were in my account, bought with my hard-earned money, just like every other stock I play. I never have called in the past to question my account! FURTHER-FURTHER more, IF Amertrade had concerns, they should have a)restricted the sale of those shares they had placed in there that I was ENTITLED to or b)NOT EVEN PUT them there in the first place, like many other brokers! Also, why didn't they restrict all acounts from trading it after many here posted they had contacted them?????? I traded with pure honesty and integrity, as I expect Ameritrade to now take responsibility: WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, AMERITRADE GAVE ME SHARES THEY HAD RECEIVED FROM THE DTC. Otherwise, they would not have been in my account, right? :)
