Hi Lolly,

Did you ask AT if those shares were really there, whether they had been delivered? I did. Their response equated to "we have gotten the check but not cashed it yet".

Hence, when anyone sold they told them well, hope the FS does not get busted. If it does you will have to cover that short position (why would you be short if you had the shares?) and we are not allowing anyone to buy the stock.

Ameritrade did no one a favor having phanthom shares available for trading. Ameritrade was a MAJOR part of the problem.
